Seattle Pipe Club - Wild Man 2oz
Thank you Joe Lankford!
I almost gave up on pipe smoking, and was planning on just sticking with cigars, having been let down by every aromatic I have ever tried. A tin of SPC Plum Pudding turned the tide for me. If like me you are a cigar smoker (I lean on the Perdomo 10th Anniversary and Camacho Scorpion sungrown as my "go tos" so you can understand my pallette) I think you would be well served trying the SPC blends. On tin opening, I was pleasantly surprised. A very dark BBQ smell, in the best way. Room note was vinegary, again, in the best way. This is the best SPC tin I have tried so far & I have already bought an additional tin to cellar. From here on out I will be following the buy one, cellar one with every future purchase of this tin. Would recommend you do the same. Smoked in Peterson System Standard.

If like me, you are a cigar smoker (I lean on the Perdomo 10th Anniversary and Camacho Scorpion sungrown as my "go tos" so you can understand my pallette) this is where you should start your piping journey. I am now working my way through each of Joe's blends, the one's he did, not the signature series ones from SPC. On tin opening, I thought this was something you would find in a veterinarians office, but I went ahead and packed a bowl and went at it. I would recommend you do the same. Good flavor, def. worth a shot. Smoked in Peterson System Deluxe.
