Tobacco Jars - PocketJar Smokingpipes.com Green
Works great
I tend to tear bags and lose my tobacco so was looking for something tougher. This works beautifully. The seal is good enough to hold the moisture of the tobacco for several weeks even in the dry rocky mountains. Also fits in a vest pocket perfectly.

Very Nice
Holds my Peterson, Sherlock Professor very nicely. Looks good sitting on my desk as well.

A Bit Boring
Not a lot of flavor from the tobacco or topping. Produces lots of smoke, but can burn hot and bite if mindlessly puffing. I had high expectations after hearing this was the blend that was smoked on set of the LOTR movies, but it fell short of them.
Sutliff - Balkan S 957 Match
Not Great/Not Bad
Nothing to write home about, but not a bad, mild Balkan blend.
Sutliff - Tobacco Galleria: Wild Cherry
Decent Mix
A very nice cherry room note, though the taste is rather boring. The cherry is barely detected on the tongue (which I don't really mind), but the tobacco flavors are also lacking. Tends to be in the "hot air" category. If you're looking for a cherry bomb, look somewhere else; if you're looking for an unobtrusive smoke that's simple and not distracting then you may want to give it a go.

A Nice Virginia
A very pretty flake that ages very nicely. There's definitely some kind of casing, kind of a fruity caramel flavor on top of the naturally mowed hay, citrusy Virginia. Recommended if you enjoy Virginia's and want something a bit different from pure tobacco without moving directly into the realm of aromatics.

Delicious
I'm a Latakia lover, and this one scratches that itch. Smoky, salty, a bit sour, wonderful. In my top 5 along with Billy Budd, mountain camp, Habana Daydream, and mad Fiddler.
Cornell & Diehl - Billy Budd Blonde
Decent Va/Per
I wish they would have named this something besides "Billy Budd." It has very little in common with the original BB. Generally, the Virginia and Perique are what stand out, with an occasional light cigar taste that comes and goes and the burleys add a rough edge from time to time. It's not bad, but a bit disappointing when expecting a lighter form of BB. I think a dab of unsweetened Cavendish would make this blend better by mellowing some of the rough edges. I'm going to jar it up and give it a few months to see if the flavors come together a bit and I it smoothes out with age. I'll update the review if things change significantly.
Cornell & Diehl - Poplar Camp
Sweet Side of Perique
I'm not always a huge fan of Perique, finding it a bit to spicy in my sinuses. I took a gamble with this one because I like Yorktown real well and it was a good gamble. The Perique is more on the fruit side, giving that stewed plums and apricots and the spice takes a back seat. Still enough spice to make My tounge tingle, but not overpowering. Delicious whe mixed with the bready, dry hay flavors of the Virginia's. Top notch tobacco.

Pretty Good
I had high hopes for this one given that Mountain Camp is one of my all time favorites and based off of this blend, just swapping the proportions of Latakia and Perique. That shift makes a big difference in overall flavor and spice it turns out. The blend is made of excellent tobaccos and the Perique is delicious, but a bit to spicy for my preference. It's also higher in nicotine. Kind of a "no, duh" but I wasn't prepared for it. If you are a Perique lover and enjoy english style blends I would highly recommend it. I would also only recommend it for somewhat experienced pipe smokers. If you're new to the craft, hold off on this one and work your way to it after you get yourself tuned in some.
Cornell & Diehl - Billy Budd
Yum
A somewhat burley forward American style English blend. Reminds of of candied chestnuts eaten by a campfire. One of my top 3 favorite blends.
Missouri Meerschaum - Ozark Mountain Bent (6mm)
I Love This Pipe
I've had this pipe for several years and it has grown into a good friend. It consistently smokes well and because of the price I'm not to worried about it getting broken. I need to get a couple more just in case something happens to this one down the road. Note; the first couple of bowls will taste weird until you burn out the shank in the bottom of the bowl and get a bit of cake built up, then it's smooth sailing and good pipe dreams from then on.
Sutliff - 526 - Old Professor
Solid Blend
Good blend, but nothing special for me. I would recommend it to new pipe smokers as it is easy to work with and burns beautifully. Taste isn't to strong or complex either, just a solid, simple English blend.
Sutliff - 205 Mello Peach
Yuck
The bag note is nice, but the flavor reminds of those weird cheap candies you got as a kid that were squishy and shaped like hamburgers. Not a favorite.
Sutliff - Balkan S 957 Match
Easy Smoker
Good, easy, all day type of blend. On the lighter side of the Balkan style.
Sutliff - Eastfarthing 1.5oz
Very Tasty & Satisfying
Very nice English aromatic. I would recommend it to any aro-smokers who are wanting to venture into the world of English blends or for English smokers who have a sweet tooth.
Seattle Pipe Club - Plum Pudding 2oz
Decent
This is a decent Balkan blend, but not worth the premium price in my opinion. There are several english blends that I enjoy more that are almost half the price.
Sutliff - 523 Voodoo Queen
Bad Religion
This one did nothing for me but leave a bad taste in my mouth. The smoke was low on flavor, but whatever the sauce was that they put on it lasted a llllooooonnnnnggggg time after. Brushed my teeth twice and could still taste it. This seems to be one of those "love it or hate it" kind of blends, I land on the latter side of it.
Sutliff - Pumpkin Spice
It's OK
Nice room note. Wife says it smells like autumn. I prefer Sutliff's maple walnut for flavor if I'm going to smoke an aro, though.
Sutliff - Z50 Black Cordial
If You're A Cherry Fan
I love the smell of cherry tobacco, and this one hits all the notes for pleasant room notes. My wife loves the smell as well!...but... it still has a somewhat disappointing flavor to me, as every cherry tobacco I've smoked seems to. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I keep a bit on hand when I'm smoking around folks that don't appreciate the smell of my normal English blends in the summer and around the holidays.
Sutliff - B30 Chocolate Mousse
It Is What It Says
Chocolate. Nothing but chocolate. If that's what you want, it's great. I use it for blending primarily. Very nice room note.
Cascadia - Vertical Limit 1.76oz
Good Tobacco
This is a nice plug tobacco. A bit hard to work compared to some others I've smoked (jack knife for example) but a tasty burley forward blend. Worth a try, though I'll probably not order again.
G. L. Pease - JackKnife Plug 2oz
Good, Strong Tobacco
I'm usually a strong English blend smoker, so keep that in mind. This is a high quality strong tobacco. Good flavor but the lack of complexity left me a bit board with it. If you're looking for something to fill your pipe and forget about, this is a good one.
G. L. Pease - Quiet Nights 2oz
Not a Fan
The quality of the tobaccos in this mix are top notch, it just doesn't hit my nose in a good way. There are flavors of black licorice, frankincense, and a pleasant tar like flavor. The smell though was unpleasant to me and spoiled the overall experience. It hung in my mustache for several hours also which may have made it seem worse.
Cornell & Diehl - Yorktown
One of My Favorite Pure Virginias
I'm generally a murky English smoker, but when the weather gets hot, a solid, simple Virginia hits the spot. This one gave me some tongue bite at the start, but after a few months in the cellar to take the edges off it became a very enjoyable smoke. Has a yeasty bread crust taste mixed with dry hay and maple sugar. Nothing all that complex (at least to my taste) but a real nice smoke.
Old German Clay - Ship of the Line
Sometimes Good Things Come In Small Packages
I've had this little pipe for a few years now and love it! Nice 20+/- min smoke, perfect for tasting new tobaccos or for when you just want a quick smoke. Also, the size is historically accurate for pre-1900s pipes. Being clay, if you want a longer smoke, dump out the ash and reload. No need to rest it as it won't over saturate and taint the experience.
Cornell & Diehl - Dreams of Kadath 2oz
Delicious
Reminds me of a good cider and mead. Pairs well with hard cider (no surprise), mead (again, no surprise), apple juice, port wine, and a good cuppa strong tea.
Cornell & Diehl - Sunset Harbor Flake 2oz
Nice Light Balkan
Let me preface this with the fact that I tend to like darker, heavier English blends (think nightcap, mountain camp, etc...) rather like I like my beer (porters and stouts), my whisky (Ardbeg 10) and my coffee (strong and black). With that said, this is not a favorite of mine, though it is a good tobacco. This is a nice light Balkan blend in which the Orientals really stand up and sing, and the Latakia and Perique take a back seat. If you like lighter English blends and/or are a lover of Oriental leaf, this will likely be right up your alley. A good warm weather blend that I would say is worth a try if it sparks your interest.
Sutliff - Z88 Maple Walnut
Crowd Pleaser
I generally prefer English and Va/per blends of tobacco and don't smoke all that many aromatics, but when I need a smoke that won't chase everyone away, this is one that I typically reach for. The taste is pretty mild, with the sweet Virginias and slight burley peeping through the toppings, but by far the majority of the flavor is like eating pecan pancakes. The nic is low, so you can comfortably smoke it all day even on an empty stomach. It's a true crowd pleaser though, bring people in with a smile who normally move away and complain about the "stinky pipes." I prefer this to C&D Autumn Evening and get more positive remarks about its room note.
Cornell & Diehl - Habana Daydream
Great blend
I like strong English blends and cigars. This is the best of both worlds. One of my very favorite bulk blends and trickles to the top during the warmer months. Cellers beautifuly also. I have some that is around 2 years old and the natural tobacco sweetness really comes out.
Drew Estate - Kentucky Fire Cured Ponies (10 Pack)
Great Outdoor Stick
I enjoy these KFC cigars in all of their sizes, but these are perfect when you have 15 to 30 min to kickback outside. Also perfect for stream fishing where you need your hands free. If you enjoy dark fired Kentucky pipe tobacco and cigars, you'll probably enjoy trying these.
Sutliff - Z92 Vanilla Custard
Very vanilla
Decent on its own, but really shines as a blending component. Adds a bit of sweetness to Virginia's and English blends when the mood strikes me.
Cornell & Diehl - Mad Fiddler Flake 2oz
Unique and tasty
Tin note is a bit weird, but the smoke is great. Reminds me of a rainy night in the forest in late autumn. Very pleasant and has a nice room note.
Cornell & Diehl - Mountain Camp
My go to fishing blend
Lovely camp fire like blend. An outside smoker as the room note is a bit rough.
Lighters - Zippo Pipe Lighter - Armor Brushed Brass
Great Lighter
I've always enjoyed zippos for their iconic look and sound and this one feels even better in my hand with that little extra weight. The pipe insert is a game changer as well making it much harder to char your rim. I have always just used a standard insert for my cobs but they tend to char the edges if you arent really careful. Let it burn a couple of seconds before putting flame to tobacco to avoid the potential lighter fluid taste that some smokers notice.
