A$AP Review L草的占比比较大有一种熏肉的感觉， 点火后的烟熏感是很强烈的，别听那些开头是V草香甜感的纯纯放屁，这就是很英式的英式调配。前段的烟熏感是很大的甚至有点像那种烧烤的果炭。到了中段会出现坚果以及L草的奶香味烟熏味随着甜味出现而减弱，但依然很强烈。抽到尾段是会有一点Virgini的果香感但这种香气是转瞬即逝的，丰富了整体层次。总体下来都不辣而且很烟气顺滑出甜速度偏上水平，个人觉得很喜欢L草是很值得一试的。 The Latakia content here is quite prominent, giving off a smoky, meat-like quality. Upon lighting, the intense smokiness is unmistakable—don’t believe those who claim it starts with a sweet Virginia note – that’s utter nonsense. This is a quintessentially English-style blend through and through. The opening puffs deliver heavy campfire-like smokiness, almost reminiscent of fruitwood charcoal used in barbecues. By the mid-bowl, nutty undertones emerge alongside Latakia’s signature creamy smokiness, which subsides slightly as a subtle sweetness emerges, though the smokiness remains dominant. Toward the finish, a fleeting fruity Virginia note briefly surfaces, adding complexity to the profile. Throughout the smoke, there’s no harshness—just smooth, rich smoke with sweetness developing at an above-average pace. Personally, I adore Latakia’s bold character here; this blend is absolutely worth trying for fans of robust English mixtures

A$AP Review 生草是有点酒香味，SG家一贯的高湿度。点火后一瞬间是一股巧克力的醇厚味和淡淡的latakia特有的烟熏皮革味，但是很快很快就出了拉草的奶酪味牛奶味并一直延续到中段，变成了太妃糖的香甜味。总的来说是一款不那么English的调配，拉草的味道比重偏低但却保留了Latakia独有的香甜气息。配上V草的味道，像是在喝燕麦牛奶。反而是大家说的很多的朗姆酒的味道点火后我倒是没有品尝到。总的来说是一款不错的草，奶香醇厚烟气顺滑。 The unlit tobacco has a slight hint of wine aroma and maintains the characteristic high moisture content typical of Samuel Gawith blends. Upon lighting, there was a brief moment of rich chocolate notes and the subtle smoky leather flavor distinctive to Latakia. However, very quickly, the cheesy and milky undertones from the Latakia tobacco emerged and persisted through the middle third of the bowl, evolving into a sweet toffee-like sweetness. Overall, this is a blend that feels less traditional for an English mixture. The Latakia plays a relatively subdued role here, yet it retains the distinctive sweet and smoky aroma of Latakia. Combined with the Virginia tobacco, the experience is reminiscent of drinking oat milk. Interestingly, I didn’t detect the rum notes many have mentioned, even after lighting. In summary, this is a satisfying blend with a creamy richness and remarkably smooth smoke.

PS400 真实测评 生草没啥特别的就是烟味，酸味都几乎没有。说有什么蜂蜜香草味都是骗几把人的。点火后闻着有一种威士忌段香味，抽起来确实有一点点那种青草的感觉，但是前段烟味还是占据主线杂气偏重过鼻有一定刺激感，考虑到这个价格可以忽略。抽到中段那种烤麦子和面包感觉夹杂着一丝丝柑橘的属于弗吉尼亚的甜味也会出来一点。到尾段青草味烟味又加重甜味会渐渐消失。现在这个价格是不值的打折可以考虑 不柔直接塞甜度会高一些 The raw grass note isn't anything special—mostly just tobacco flavor with almost no acidity. Claims about honey or vanilla notes are pure bullshit. Upon lighting, there's a faint whiskey-like aroma, and while smoking, you do get a slight grassy sensation. However, the upfront tobacco flavor dominates the initial phase, accompanied by harsh impurities and a noticeable nasal burn. Given the price, this can be overlooked. By the mid-section, roasted wheat and bread notes emerge, intertwined with a subtle citrusy sweetness characteristic of Virginia tobacco. Toward the end, the grassy tobacco intensifies again, and the sweetness gradually fades. But the price of the tobacco is too high which means it do not worth. Pro tip: Packing it tightly (without being gentle) enhances the sweetness.

Upon lighting, the initial profile presents pronounced high acidity. When sipped gently over low heat, it reveals a grassy tartness, while stronger draws with fuller breaths unveil a subtle toasted bread and cereal aroma that balances the sourness as an underpinning note. The retrohale was slightly more intense compared to other Virginia blends, perhaps due to lack of aging. Approaching the mid-section, the vegetal tartness gradually transforms into a sweet-sour fruity sensation reminiscent of green grapes as the sweetness intensifies. ——A$AP WH1TE
