Dan Tobacco - Sweet Vanilla Honeydew 50g
I get more honey than vanilla
Nice aromatic, with an incredible room note. It got me time to get used to it and avoid the biting, but now I can say that I enjoy it. Anyway, it seems to me that I get more of the honey taste than the vanilla .

It gets better with every bowl.
I got this blend as a gift from a close friend, and although I'm a more English oriented smoker, I must admit that the smell as I opened the bag was truly pleasant. I did not get too much flavor the first couple of bowls, but after that I started to enjoy more and more with every bowl. The room note is incredibly appealing, and gets compliments even from non smoking people.

My first English mixture
This was the first ever English mixture that I tried, and altought it was good enough to get me hooked to all things latakia, I discovered soon all kind of other mixtures that I enjoyed more. Maybe back in the days I simply wasn't prepared as a pipe smoker to deploy all its potential. I should revisit it and give it another chance. Maybe now it would stand out against my daily rotation.

My go to English
Simply put, my go to english mixture. It packs a nice amount of latakia, but in any way is that overwhelming nor predominant. Balanced and smooth. An all day smoke.

I find this blend an amazing smoke for late spring or early summer nights. Subtle, somehow floral, sweet, but not too much. Truly enjoyable. I don't know if it´s just my impression, but I seem to get more flavor if I light it with matches or very soft flames. If for any reason I need to relight it, or I char it too much at the beginning of the bowl, the subtle flavors seems to disappear to me, so I try my best to be as gentle as I can with my flame.
Presbyterian - Presbyterian 50g
One of my all time favorite blends. Earthy, savory, with the perfect amount of latakia. The perfect smoke to enjoy a rainy autumn evening.
