Balkan Sasieni - Balkan Sasieni 50g
Almost London Mixture
Great oriental forward mixture in the neighborhood of the old Dunhill London Mixture. Great quality, great price and a great smoke.

Erinmore - Erinmore Mixture 100g
Excellent!
I was very surprised how good this is. First of all I am not a big snob on tobacco. I pretty much like everything but there is a big difference in aromatics. This is a quality aromatic that isn't entirely without good tobacco flavor. One of the best aromatics out there in my opinion.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Scotch Mixture
Superb Blend
I love this stuff. More it cellars the better it gets. Ages so well. Its my go to bulk for my jar humidor I leave by my smoking chair. Great English with a nice light top note.

Astley's - No. 66 Cavendish Club 50g
English not American Aromatic
Complex English aromatic. Plum notes from tin. Peppery and fruity with a light pleasant aroma. Burns well and has no bite. Let it dry to get the most out of it.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Ennerdale Flake 50g
Truly Unique
Such a unique and interesting blend. I love the quality of the tobacco and floral essence is one of a kind. Definitely a must try I think.

Sutliff - Holiday Mixture
Classic blend
Really enjoyed this American/English blend. Great old school aroma and as a match I would say its done well! Topping is light but there and ads depth I think. Solid daily smoker.

Home Fragrance - Lampe Berger Creme Brulee Oil 500ml
Really Effective
I love this scent and I have found that these lampe oils are the most effective thing at reducing the room note of pipe tobacco.

Peterson - De Luxe Mixture 50g
Excellent Aromatic
Quality tobacco from them as always, with a nice aroma and the tobacco burns fairly dry without the usual wetness from an aromatic. Top Notch

Cornell & Diehl - Brigadier 2oz
Dandy English Aromatic
Superb top note that really grows on you. You can smoke straight from tin but let it dry a bit and it really shines. Top notch smoke with a decent nic hit that comes on strong at the end.

Home Fragrance - Smoke Odor Exterminator Candle Creamy Vanilla 13oz
Good enough
I really feel its about limiting the impact that pipe tobacco has on a room not completely eliminating it. If you keep this in mind this is an excellent product.

Stands & Pouches - Peterson Avoca Roll Up Pouch
Perfect
This is an outstanding value. Leather is beautiful and supple and its super durable as I have had mine since 2017 and it has weathered many uses.

Peterson - Old Dublin 50g
So tasty
Such a solid English blend. I love this stuff. Every tin I get is always quality. Lights and smokes well all the way to the bottom of the bowl. Love it.

Peterson - Nightcap 50g
Aptly Named
Burleys are for day and this light latakia is for night. Nightcap, enough said.

Rattray's - Black Mallory 50g
Complex Perfection
Such a complex full bodied English blend. The blend wraps you around its smoke and aroma and unleashes a full body massage. Smoke it slow and let it melt your stress away.

Lane Limited - HGL
My favorite English Aromatic bulk blend
This is one best smokes Lane has and is in my top two of the English aromatic blends. I absolutely love HGL. The bulk blends by Lane are always top notch.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Broken Scotch Cake 50g
Best Straight Virginia Ive Had
As far as straight Virginia blends go I think this is the best out there. Very wet from the tin and will require plenty of drying but what a fabulous smoke. So smooth, yum.

Kramer's - Father Dempsey 50g
Kramers Best
Whether fighting Nazis or saving souls old Father Dempsey knew a fine smoke. This is the best by Kramers in my opinion and its a lovely English blend.

Kramer's - House Aromatic 50g
Unique and enjoyable
For me this smokes like an english aromatic but I don't see latakia in the makeup but I swear I smell it while smoking it. Either way its a very nice aromatic from a great name.

Kramer's - Extra Smooth 50g
Well named
This is a very smooth smoke as most Virginia based tobaccos are. Not the best ive had in the Virginia category but an solid smoke that I greatly enjoy.

Kramer's - Blend for Cary Grant 50g
Good English Aromatic
What a storied tobacconist. Thank god smoking pipes kept the name going. As an medium English goes this is very good and the touch of sweetness really mellows it out. I smoke it in my Kaywoodie in honor of Cary and Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream Home. Seems only proper.

Cornell & Diehl - Gentleman Caller 8oz
So unique and pleasing
Deertongue is truly an intriguing ingredient. At first it had a medicinal tone but then it took on this intriguing aroma that I am now addicted to. Definitely dedicate a pipe to the blend as it will ghost the bowl horribly. But I am definitely hooked.

Captain Black - Royal 7oz
Best from the Captain
Of all the Captain Black blends I think royal is the best. Its the smoothest and the sweetest. I really like this aromatic.

Captain Black - Original 7oz
My dads favorite
My dad loved the captain. If it wasn't for this blend I probably wouldn't be smoking a pipe today. This was my the first blend I tried. Its a great aromatic. Stick with the tin though not the pouch.

Captain Black - Original 1.5oz
My dads favorite
My dad loved the captain. If it wasn't for this blend I probably wouldn't be smoking a pipe today. This was my the first blend I tried. Its a great aromatic and I would give it another star if it wasn't for the tongue bite I get from the pouch. Def stay with the larger tins as they don't have the tongue bite.

Peterson - My Mixture 965 50g
Excellent, almost my favorite
I love this stuff! Its not as good as squadron leader but its definitely a super duper English blend that I can't live without.

Iwan Ries - Three Star Blue 7oz
Kitchen Sink Blend
No greater original tobacconist exists and Iwan Ries did a great job with this 1950s classic. It truly is a kitchen sink blend as it has everything. The topping is very strong on opening the tin but once its dried a bit it smokes super smooth and is a lovely aromatic that leaves your pipe dry. I love alot of their blends and recommend trying them.

Lane Limited - 1-Q
1-Q is A-#1
I love this stuff. A classic since the 70s you can't go wrong with it if you are in the mood for a great aromatic that doesn't gum up your bowl.

Edward G. Robinson - Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend 1.5oz
The Best English Aromatic
Edward G. hit a home run when he came out with this excellent English aromatic in the 40s. No bite, not harsh and is a perfect all day smoke. The best in it's category!!!

Peterson - Hyde Park 50g
Not for me!
I am not a tobacco snob at all but this for me was like smoking grandma's perfume. So unpleasing.

Velvet - Velvet 7oz
American Classic
Break out your Kaywoodie or Linkmans, pack a bowl and experience one of the greats in drugstore burley blends. The topping is to die for.

Half and Half - Half and Half 7oz
Grandpa Wasn't Wrong
Grandpa loved Half and Half, Old Spice and strong coffee. Grandpa was smart. My favorite drugstore burley blend. Especially from the can not the pouch.

Samuel Gawith - Squadron Leader 50g
Tally Ho!
Scramble to get this one! This is the gold standard of English blends in my opinion. Perfect from start to finish!!!

Astley's - No. 99 Royal Tudor 50g
Smooth As Silk
I don't have a refined palate that can give you all the little nuances of this blend but I believe it is one of the smoothest English blends I have tried. Smooth as silk all the way to the end.
Classic OTC Blends: Edward G. Robinson First Impressions- ► Excellent article. It’s a brilliant blend. Thank god it was saved! One of my favorite smokes.
