What Happened?
I smoked a tin of this stuff a few years ago. It was great. I bought another tin and let it age for 5 years. When I opened it and smelled it I almost threw up. The smell of the topping was sickening. Thats all you could taste was the topping. this stuff is bad! I tried to smoke the tin but it was so bad, even though I paid $36 for I ended throwing it out. This is not the first time I have ended throwing out some of the GL Pease blends. I usually smoke the English blends witch I have bought in the past and were very good. The tins I have bought since then have tasted very strong of burnt wood. I had to force myself to smoke this crap. I think I am going to find another blend.
