Captain Black - Grape 1.5oz
The Wife Loves the aroma
Not quite perfection, but in the aroma department it is.It is sweet, grapey and is only a little tangy. Many sweet and fruity tobaccos have a sharp tongue bite, this grape is pretty mild . I smoke it as a change of pace tobacco.. It adds variety to my day. I like it, but would not smoke it all day as it would over grape me.

Low Country - Peach
Very Nice
The Low Country Peach is very nice! It's mild, sweet, peachy and lamost no bite. Makes the cave smell like someone is baking a peach cobbler The wifie like the aroma too..

Cornell & Diehl - Izmir Turkish
Moisture
I like tobaccos to come to me dry so I don't have to pay for water, which I can add if it needs it, Having some moisturizing stones I added or moisturized this tobacco to suit my preference. Tasty and smokes well. Should be a good addition to my Latakia blend.

Low Country - Natural Virginia & Oriental
Pleasant Smoke.
I find this to be a pleasant, even mild smoke if not packed too tightly. Packing it tightly will increase it's strength. If you don't want sweet sugary smoke, this is for you. It has it's own mild sweetness. The oriental gives a dimension of robustness. The Virginia gives it a grassy and the sweetness. Not being a professional taste tester, I can only say I like it. It has the body and satisfying flavor that I find pleasing. For the price, maybe I should smoke it even more.

G. L. Pease - Stonehenge Flake 2oz
Good Stuff
I found Stonehenge to be very nice. It's fruity, chocolatey and mild. It could be an all day smoke or make an excellent night cap. I had bought it to see just what all the hype was about. I wasn't disappointed . I also got some GH&Co. Louisiana Perique Flake. I tried it and found it even more to my liking.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Louisiana Flake
Great Stuff
I really like this stuff. It's fruity, chocolatey and smells wonderful . I chop the flake in to little cubes, break them up by rolling it around in my palms. No patience for pulling it apart. Actually I prefer it over Stonehenge, more flavorful to me.

Low Country - Strawberry
STRAWBERRY!
Like it's name, even before you open the bag you smell Strawberry. In the bag and in the pipe you get strawberry. It is a little moist in the bag, but due to it's fine ribbon cut it is usually easy to light. It is pretty mild, with lots of strawberry flavor coming through. The aroma is great! Unlike many aromatics, it is mild, with out the tongue scorching bite. No hint of this or that, it's Strawberry! The strawberry taste could be stronger though.

Low Country - Natural Virginia & Burley
Good Stuff 2 !
In the bag I got the normal grassy, hay like aroma, with a hint of the burley's nuttiness. It is a fine ribbon cut, close to being a shag. It was a bit moist out of the bag. It packed easily, like a shag, It lit easily too.The flavor to me is mild with a little of the Virginia's bite. No flavorings or toppings noted, it's all natural baccy. I'd say the burkey adds vitamin N, a bit of mildness and maybe a hint of nuttiness, No reviews of the aroma from the wife yet. Being an old pipe smoker I don't detect any harshness. My first smoke of this tobacco was in a Nording Sailor, brand new out of the bag. I see this possibly becoming my go to tobacco. It's price doesn't hurt this prospect, or the wallet. Thanks Low Counrty folks for a nice blend.

Cornell & Diehl - Crooner
Tweeking
I'd like Crooner to have larger cubes. The current small cubes often get sucked down the air hole. Secondly, a bit more deerstongue would be good, more like it first was.

Cornell & Diehl - Dark Fired Kentucky
Strong
This tobacco may ought to be used in blending by most folks. If your blend just doesn't have enough oomph, add some of this. It has little bite to me(who's been smoking pipe over 40 years). It's smokey, has some hay or straw flavor, and something I just can't put a handle on, may be the toasting effect of the firing.I find it quite nice in it's own way. I believe it to be one of those tobaccos one either likes or hates. It reminds me of an old tobacco I once smoked, just can't figure out which. As for aroma, I've had no comments from others yet, smells nice in the bag.

Cornell & Diehl - Crooner
Go To Baccy!
I smoke two blends almost always. It's Crooner or my own latakia blend, made with C&D blending tobaccos. The majority of the time I smoke Crooner. I don't get any complaints about the aroma, but I would ignore them anyway. The cubes could be a little larger, I get annoyed when I puff and get some tiny bits of tobacco I have to spit out.

Cornell & Diehl - Byzantium
Luxuriant !
I find Byzantium most luxurious, rich, bold and flavorful. It is not sweet, fruity or tangy but instead rich, mild and satisfying. It is an excellent end of the day wind down smoke, not that it isn't excellent any time smoke.Best of all, it has yet to burn my tongue.

F & K - Merde de Cheval 1.5oz
Works well for moi!
I'm better than half way through the tin. The latakia is minimal, not over powering. The VA smokes cool and slow. All in all, a mild cool smoke, with a hint of sweetness from the VA,I'd like it to come in bulk.

Cornell & Diehl - Crooner
Pleasurable
Crooner can be strong, but if allowed to dry a bit and smoked slowly, it can be quite pleasurable. No comment on room note, as wife has had hay fever all summer. What I detect is very nice. It is an everyday smoke for me.I enjoy "different" tobaccos, so if you want a run of the mill smoke, this isn't it. The vanilla, berry or cherry flavors are nice to me.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Dark Flake Aromatic
Love it or hate it!
I love this stuff because it is very flavorful and has a pleasing room note. If you don't like tonquin bean or licorice, pass on it. Being flavorful I find that others either love it or hate it. For me I like the fullness of its flavor.

Newminster - No.80 Norway Pipe Cut
Even the Wife likes the aroma
This is unflavored but sweet natural blend.Smokes cool and sweet.nice room note, as even the wife likes the aroma.

Cornell & Diehl - Red Virginia Cavendish
All day smoke
Some would say that the Red Virginia Cavendish is a blender. I like it just as it is. Full flavored, and if you like the flavor of Virginias, its cool, sweet and mild. It's an all day smoke. One I don't get tired of and need to switch.
