Tobacco Jars - PocketJar Smokingpipes.com Orange
Good tobacco keeper
Ok so this is as others have said, a great tobacco carrying container. I love my classic brass and silver 1800’s style containers but this is just nice as it keeps the tobacco from drying out over longer trips out in very dry winters.

Drucquer & Sons - Loch Ness 100g
Yes it’s very good
Ok So this is yet another Mr. Pease blend that is good till the last puff. Smokes well and has a lot of flavor. Room note I am told is nice and not very overpowering.

G. L. Pease - Spark Plug 2oz
Yup it’s a flavorful English
First tin of this blend that made my mouth water. Wish it came in a bigger tin maybe 8 oz. A friend tried some and bought the whole tin off me. So that’s saying something.

Cornell & Diehl - Yorktown 2oz
Great Virginia
A pure Virginia thAt burns evenly and is full of flavor. Light yet filling if you will. Definitely a reorder, even though I live in Asia.

Cornell & Diehl - Billy Budd 2oz
Great tobacco
So this is the first time that I have smoked anything with cigar leaf mixed in. This was filled with flavor and a consistent burn that produced a fine ash. I will be ordering more.

Cornell & Diehl - Smokingpipes 20th Anniversary Blend: XX Flake 2oz
Should have ordered more
I wish this was still available to order. This is a great all day smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Corn Cob Pipe and A Button Nose 2oz
Good for a pleasant Holiday night
Got a few tins of this a while ago. Never got around to smoking the second tin , but did the first tin in December. It’s a nice aromatic that reminds you of winter celebrations, warm fires and hot coco.

Cornell & Diehl - Star of the East Flake 8oz
A great English flake
This is a tin I order in bulk simply because it is such a great smoke. Now if SP could just open a local distribution center here in Asia it would be better and less expensive. Hint hint Smokingpipes

G. L. Pease - Gaslight 2oz
A great English
Well a friend and I decided to try this blen way over here in Japan. We were both very happy with the tin note of leather and creosote. The room note was even better as we both gently puffed away on his balcony overlooking the downtown area of our fair city. It was smooth and flavorful right till the end. A little to complex for an everyday smoke, but one that should be savored when it is brought out for an evening.

Tampers & Tools - Rubber Pipe Bits (2 pack)
Does what it is suppose to.
easy to use and fits almost every pipe I own. They slide on and off easy for cleaning which you can do with a bit of alcohol. The rubber is thick and helps hold it in your teeth while not actually chewing up you stem.

Savinelli - 140th Anniversary 100g
It's a keeper
This is one of the very few blends of aromatics that I still keep in rotation. It is smooth and creamy and has a great room note to boot. The flavoring isn't so strong as to kill the overall enjoyment. While one can experience a bit of bite it you smoke to quickly, but if you take your time you have very little bite at all and a very pleasant smoke.

McClelland - Craftsbury: Frog Morton's Cellar 100g
My top of the heap for English blends
So I have been smoking this blend for about a year now and I can say hands down that this is a wonderful blend. Its mellow and sweet. It has an added level of sweet/muskyness from the whiskey block but that only adds to the enjoyment. This is a blend that gets better with each puff in any pipe.

A & C Petersen - Escudo Navy Deluxe 50g
So very good
I am a very big fan of this VaPer. I have smoked several others including Dunhill but I keep finding myself drawn back to this blend and its coin cut greatness.

Vauen - Auenland The Shire Morning Mixture 50g
Good till the last puff
OK so I have look all over to see if this is just truly a non aromatic and a blended virgina...well I still don't have a straight answer, but I will say this is very good right until the very last puff. I get hints of chocolate and caramel right off the bat and the fruit taste and room note is very strong on this blend. Very little nic hit and a good smooth smoke and produces a fine white ash. It did come a little wet from the get go but a short while drying in the tin for a day was all it took to even that out. Will be keeping this in the rotation for a while now.

Stands & Pouches - 1790 English Tobacco Box German Silver
Great product
Ok so I originally ordered the copper tobacco box. I really enjoyed that one and I decided to order the silver also. Guess what it is still a wonderful product to carry your daily needs in tobacco. I have found that the boxes do hold about 2 to 3 bowls worth of your choice in tobac. They also seem to hold a decent seal so your tobacco wont dry out during the day so that is a plus. Lets also mention that they are made so very well.

Cornell & Diehl - Corn Cob Pipe and A Button Nose 8oz
Corn Cob
Well I have smoked about half the tin since it arrived 3 days ago. At least I ordered two. So first off, the cube cut is very easy to light. It can block your draft hole if your not watching, but a quick pass of a pipe cleaner and your all set again. I get hints of chocolate, pepper (well a lot of pepper) and I could almost get a taste of marshmallows. It does burn hot rather quickly so you should watch it closely when outdoors. All in I would say a pleasant smoke for the season.

Cornell & Diehl - We Three Kings 8oz
Three Kings Seasonal Delight
Well this is the first year I was able to purchase this blend, it was usually sold out by the time I looked for it. I have to say that it reminds me of warm egg nog with a hint of a smokey fire in the room to curl up by. The nutmeg and cinnamon are noticeable in the room note. There is little bite and my tin was packed a little on the dry side but still a great smoke right off.

Cornell & Diehl - Star of the East Flake 2oz
Just like they all say
Yes the flake is better than the ribbon. Maybe its in the process or the marriage of the tobaccos that helps, but all I know is it is sooo very good.

McClelland - Special: Anniversary 100g
even better with age.
I have just opened a 2 yr old tin of this blend and I love it even more than the non aged. I just re-ordered a tin so I can smoke a little and cellar the rest. I have noticed the latakia does seem to only make its presence non at the end of each puff, but cools off the smoke.

Tampers & Tools - Rattray's Fat Caber Tamper Satin
Does what is needed. And nice too!
This is a large tamper/pipe tool. Like a short but thick pen. The weight is nice though and adds a feeling of top quality. The finish seems like it could be marred up if not treated with care so that could be a bad thing depending on your choice of a used look or not. Each part sticks inside of the other with o-rings to keep them together so we will see if over time the rings give out with use. Hopefully not. Over all a great purchase.

Stands & Pouches - 1790 English Tobacco Box Copper
Great piece.
Ok...so first off let me say I ordered this as a way to have something other than leather to carry my tobacco. It fits that bill to a tee. It can be considered on the small side so if your not near home base or plan to travel with your pipe and tobacco you may need to re-think what you want in a travel holder or at this price order a few ( probably going to do that myself). The quality is very high on this. It looks amazing and even the few guys around the dock that I work at have commented on it. All in all a great addition to the day smoker.
