Cornell & Diehl - Autumn Evening
Impressed!
Autumn Evening is just the aromatic that renewed my faith in aromatics. I'm purely a burley and English guy, and never really liked much aromatics, because of the bite, dampness and other reasons most aromatics have lost favor as my experience has matured in the hobby. A friend send me a few pinches of this to try, he liked it and is purely a aromatic guy. I had my doubts but, I love maple and thought, why not give this a shot? I did and I ordered two tines! It's a good one, I like it a lot and will enjoy it this holiday season.

E. Hoffman Company - Spilman Mixture 7oz
Without a bite or a regret.
Ordered the 2.5 ounce tin first, and let me say this, soon as I opened and took a whiff of it, I was sure I was going to enjoy this! And, it was quite the experience for me. I love historic blends, and this one is for sure a favorite of mine now. I am almost finished with my first tin so, going to re-order and enjoy it for the Christmas season! Anyone who likes a mild English, this is a must!

Dunhill - My Mixture 965 50g
A go to.
Tried it, loved it. I will say this, it is best to let a serving sit out for several minutes prior to enjoying it. I find it helps. The longer it ages, the better it taste. A strong smoke, like most Dunhill blends can be. At least it is to me, doesn't take much to get that feeling. But, my wife loves the aroma and collects my empty tins. One of my favorite Duhill blends.

Dunhill - Nightcap 50g
My favorite English to date.
I've smoked pipes since 2010, give or take. I'm still trying things here and there. But, I started out with aromatics as most do. I've found my tastes gravitating towards the English blends. And, when I first tried Nightcap, I was simply impressed. I found what I was looking for in an English. It is perfect late at night, or any day with weather. For me, I'll always keep a tin handy. It's simply a wonderful experience.
