Missouri Meerschaum - The General Straight (6mm)
Comically Large Bowl
My friends like to make jokes and call it obnoxious or grandiose, but frankly it lets me put so much nicotine into my bloodstream at a time that I'm too relaxed to care. Another solid pipe from MM.

I was leery...
The brands name and imagery made me think it was going to be a gimmick tobacco. Maybe it is. Either way when a good friend gave me some to try I was sold. This is a delightfully tasty and lite smoke. Could happily puff on it all day.

If you're looking at this you already know.
Tasty. Damn tasty. Everytime it comes in its immediately gone again. The only negative thing to say about it is how hard to get ahold of in the US.
John Cotton's - Double Pressed Kentucky 1.75oz
A perfect way to end your day
Easily one of my favorite tobaccos. Very slow burning. The pipe gets pretty warm but the smoke stays cool and soothing. Readily avaliable, I've never been unable to buy it. My one grip is it doesn't come in a larger tin. Due to the small amount and the price when compared to other blends, I dont smoke it everyday, but it is absolutely one I always keep in stock.
Cornell & Diehl - Apples & Cream
Delicious
Packed it into a clay pipe after a long day at work. Had to do several relishes, but the bowl lasted over an hour. A delightful way to end the day.
Cornell & Diehl - Bayou Night
We'll see
Love the taste, but not the bite. Gonna put it away for awhile and see what time does to it.
Daughters & Ryan - Two Timer
Tasty. Just. So. Tasty.
Nothing flashy, nothing fancy. Sweeter than your typical burley. Reminded me of the sweetness of Virginia without losing the earthy flavors and cool smoking of burley. You cannot go wrong with this.
Cornell & Diehl - Billy Budd
All day. Everyday.
One of my all time favorites. Some will tell you it is too heavy for an all day smoke. These people are lying. To themselves and to you.
Old German Clay - Tavern Cutty with Hemp Wrap
A great all day smoker
My go to pipe these days. I find myself ordering them more than I like because my cats keep throwing them off the table and breaking the stems.
Missouri Meerschaum - Mark Twain Straight (6mm)
New favorite
I have more expensive pipes to be sure, however this is my new favorite late afternoon summer smoker. Wide bowl makes for easy packing. Consistent smooth draw. Light enough to hold without hands for extended period of time and the stem has just enough give to have a wonderful mouth feel.
War Horse - Green 1.75oz
Worth the wait
I held off on smoking this one a bit, sorta saving the best for last. Glad I did. The smell is sublime and the taste even more so. It reminds me of a good absinthe and was truly a treat to smoke on these hot sunny afternoons we've been having.
Peterson - Irish Cask 50g
Tasty enough
It was different. The sherry casks added a nice element. Didn't leave me hankering for more of it. I'll keep a tin on hand for the occasional itch but it will not be a frequent buy.
Sutliff - TS-20 Louisiana Perique
Strong and heavenly
I used to smoke American Spirits Perique blend so I thought I knew what I was getting into with this. I was wrong. Delightfully so. I understand most people blend this with other tobaccos but I happily smoked the entire package straight. Will be ordering more to see how it tastes with some more age on it.
A&C Petersen - Escudo Navy Deluxe 50g
Utterly delicious
When I first opened the tin I didn't know what I was looking at. I had never smoked tobacco cut this way and it reminded me of cured meats. The smell was divine. Lit up perfectly straight out of the tin and burned evenly with just one relight halfway through. One of the more enjoyable smokes I've had.
