Something special
I have a host of English blends and this one stands out. Some kind of creaminess hits with the spice and smoky flavors. I just can't get enough. Enjoy!

Seattle Pipe Club - Plum Pudding Bourbon Barrel Aged 2oz
Similar to the others but overwhelming
The fruitiness of this series is there, but the flavor is too pungent for my tastes. I'd recommend the special reserve over this one any day. Also it ghosts like a mf.

G. L. Pease - Penny Farthing 2oz
Awesome flavor for most of the bowl
I love the top two thirds of this blend in my bowl. It has the wonderful Kentucky flavors and the shag burns like a champ, but I lose most of the flavor near the end.

Mothballs and candy
If you like mothballs, this one has everything for you. While I'll allow that the flavor stays with it the whole way through, including the sweetness, I'd not recommend.

G. L. Pease - Quiet Nights 2oz
Always my last, and most pleasing, smoke of the day
It's aptly named. I get sweet smokiness that complements the night air. Bought the 8oz tin and worried it won't last long enough :)

Cornell & Diehl - From Beyond 2oz
Yasss!
Pre-aged awesomeness. It's like they did all the work for you. The spice and salt and even a bit sweet come through nicely. Highly recommend if it ever comes back!

Peterson - Early Morning Pipe 50g
Mother of all English Blends
I get toast and salty air from this one. Rich but not overwhelming. I know it says early morning, but I can go for this all day!

G. L. Pease - Windjammer 2oz
Not enough stars for this one
This blend does it for me. I have a pipe I use almost exclusively for it, but I doubt there'd be much ghosting. It's subtle, sweet, and easily enjoyed. Burns cool and even. Dark fruity flavor with a bit of nuttiness. Yum!

Warped - Scarecrow 2oz
Autumn Evening with a side of Candycorn hype
Sweet candy smell in the tin. Buttery and maple bacon on first light. Very much like C&D Autumn Evening as it smokes down. Pretty decent but not up to the hype.

Cult - Blood Red Moon 50g
Robotrip Flashbacks
Remember chugging a bottle of cherry flavored Robitussin as an idiot kid? Well this will take you back if so. Nasty stuff.

Peterson - Sherlock Holmes 50g
Jar it for a bit first
Straight out of the tin, I didn't like it. Was bright at the top and pretty boring after. But I left it in a jar for just a month and wow. Wonderful flavors. Sweet with depth at the end.

G. L. Pease - Navigator 2oz
Exactly as advertised
The rum note is a pleasant complement to the rich Kentucky and sweet Virginia. I love this blend! The flavor is balanced and easy to smoke. Goes well with black tea.

Cornell & Diehl - Haunted Bookshop
Tastes like cigarettes...
Ok, a really good cigarette, but that's not what I want from pipe tobacco. I know people who swear by this blend, and they might have more refined pallettes than mine, because I don't get much complexity. A bit disappointed.

Cornell & Diehl - Chocolate Cavendish
Nom!
It's chocolate alright! If you like aromatics from C&D like me, mostly for their subtly, and you like chocolate, this will do you well.

Cornell & Diehl - Bradyville
Nice all day smoke
This won't blow you away, but it's a lovely, even tempered Cavendish that doesn't overpower. I like it at all times of day.

Cornell & Diehl - Bob Bushman
Bland
Got a hint of sweet on the top, but a little way in the flavor was gone. Had such hopes but I have to agree with the other reviews. This was disappointing.
