Tabac de la Semois - Le Pablo
Poor quality
I am primarily a cigar smoker, but love Semois in a pipe. When I saw that they were offering Semois cigars, I jumped at the opportunity. They arrived today, a day early and were very carefully packaged by Smokingpipes in two layers of bubble wrap, and the extra space in the shipping box taken up with brown paper to make sure there was minimal jostling. Smokingpipes did a great job. The issue was when I opened the cigar box, every cigar is cracked, flaking, and missing large chunks of their wrappers. The problem lies solely with Vincent Manil's packaging, the cigars are loose in the box, with nothing to take up the extra space in the box. Even though these cigars are fairly cheap, I would expect slightly better packaging from the manufacturer. Smokingpipes is a good company, and this is in no way a reflection of their service.

Old German Clay - Tavern Cutty (Black)
Better than expected
I bought this specifically to try out new blends, and found that it is a decent pipe. Its stem is charmingly delicate. Its bowl is very small, though.
