Cornell & Diehl - Bayou Morning Flake 2oz
Too Overpowering
When I say "overpowering" I mean in the N department and the entire flavor department! It's so strong that for me it's not an enjoyable experience. The smoke is heavy and choking, there's no distinction between the tobaccos in this blend whatsoever. I'm a 25 yr pipe smoker and enjoy just about everything but aro's so if you want a major tongue bite and a scorched taste on the roof of your mouth then buy this stuff.

Peter Stokkebye - PS403 Luxury Bullseye Flake
Best coins by far
The top coin sliced blend ever! Not a big Cavendish fan but it's masterfully incorporated here and adds a deeper body to the smoke.

Peter Stokkebye - PS400 Luxury Navy Flake
Fantastic Va/Per Flake
By far the industry standard for Va/Per flakes! Perfect balance and consistantly delivers high quality enjoyment!

Sutliff - Crumble Kake Red Virginia 1.5oz
Sleeper
I'm almost too afraid to leave this review because I don't want the secret out. This is absolutely my favorite daily smoke.

McConnell - Scottish Flake 50g
A classic for Virginia lovers
One of my favorites by far but I like terrible tasting and rancid pipe tobacco's so unless you enjoy relighting every 2 minutes, driving all around you away with a foul odor of rotten meats and tasting battery acid in your pipe DON'T BOTHER! It's terrible trust me! I'll buy it all up and spare you all the trouble!

Sutliff - Crumble Kake Red Virginia 1.5oz
Decent daily smoke
Wasn't sure what to expect with this Crumble Kake Red Va. but I can say that it is pretty tasty and has a very unique room note. It rubs out well and burns well with no excessive moisture issues. It does get a little harsh towards the end of the bowl but not too bad. The tin note is what I find is the most pleasing with it's faint aroma of dried plums, raisins and a tangy bbq finish. It's definitely worth trying!

Cornell & Diehl - Carolina Red Flake with Perique 2oz
Just okay
It's definitely a young blend and would benefit with some aging. It's a decent smoke but it lacks complexity

Cornell & Diehl - Bijou 2oz
Outstanding
Recently bought a tin of C&D Bijou based on the blend description and I am impressed! It's not often I try a new blend but that may change. The tin note is mouthwatering and tangy with raisins and figs which doesn't go away after it's lit. Very chewy, thick mouth feel with a noticeable spice on the finish. Overall it's thick and smoky and leaves you excited about the next bowl...
