Cornell & Diehl - Carolina Red Flake with Perique 2oz
Simply Perfect !!
The 2021 version is even better than last year's hit ! Carolina Red Flake w/ Perique is rich, complex and bursting with flavor ! The best VaPer I've ever had the pleasure of smoking. Only regret is that it's a small batch. Very thankful to have purchased 3 tins before it sold out !!

Outstanding !!
There are many so called VaPers on the market. I've smoked many of them. This one is unique. 3 Virginias, Basma and Izmir Turkish and fermented perique. The complexity is unbelievable. I find new nuances in every bowl. Definitely will reorder. Try it....you won't be disappointed !!

Burley Crumble Cake
Very Nice Burley/Va Crumble Cake. Has a bit of dark fired Ky for some added spice. For my palate, not so much of an aromatic. Lots of flavor from the Burley, Va, and dark fire Ky. Some light sweetness fro the topping. Must try for Burley lovers. Have really grown to like this crumble cake. Just purchased can 8 oz tin !! Very Nice !!
Savinelli - Doblone d'Oro 100g
Rich & Complex !
Not sure why I waited so long to try this blend. I have a number of Savinelli pipes that I truly love. This is only the 2d tobacco of theirs that I have tried... WOW ! Rich, complex, tasty with many flavor nuances. A great tobacco I recommend to any experienced pipe smoker. This one jumped right into my rotation !!

Unexpected Find !
Advertised as the Brand's most Latakia forward blend, I wasn't expecting what I found. This is a mild to medium blend loaded with flavor ! Latakia, Virginia, Turkish, dark fired Ky and Perique all contribute to a plethora of flavors... Smoke slow.. and enjoy !
Ashton - Artisan's Blend 50g
Rich and Smooth !
Artisan's Blend is a pleasingly rich and flavorful smoke with a light spiciness. Plenty of flavor nuances throughout. You will be hard pressed to find an English blend as balanced and flavorful. An anytime smoke for me !
Cornell & Diehl - Pirate Kake 2oz
Full Body English
Pirate Lake is a full body English bend. Heavy on the Latakia. A rich, smoky and creamy experience. Not for beginners ! A Vitamin N bomb stronger than Nightcap. I found it to be an excellent blend. Similar to Ten Russians , Nightcap, and even Star of the East.

No Lat Bomb - just Flavor !
If you're looking for a strong Latakia blend, try Star of the East Flake, or Pirate Lake. Quiet Nights is a complex and flavorful blend that amazes me every time I load up a bowl. Smoke it slow to be rewarded by a plethora of flavors. Superb Blend !

A Nice Change
Navigator has less rum note than most Navy blends. The addition of fire cured Kentucky is very welcoming. Smoke it slowly to enjoy all the subtle nuances. Very nice blend from GLP
