I absolutely love the flavor of this flake. The tin note is a mix of raisins and ketchup. Unfortunately, the pH level doesn’t agree with me. Even when I smoke as slowly and carefully as possible, it scorches the inside of my mouth for over a week. It’s not a mild heat bite but more of a harsh, chemical burn. It’s a shame because the flavor is exceptional. I can smoke Capstan Blue with no issues, so sometimes it just comes down to incompatibility.
