Cornell & Diehl - Pirate Kake 2oz
Amazing Latakia Blend
This has been the best latakia blend i've smoked so far. Its very smooth yet has a bit of punch to it, without the tongue bite or spiciness. Also this blend delivered the most pleasant aroma of any tobacco I've lit up before, and always gets me coming back for more. The savory flavor isn't too strong as to where you can't use this as an all day blend. I've been perfectly happy smoking it consistently and plan on getting lots more. Got a bit cellered right now to see how it turns out month by month. Do yourself a favor and just give this stuff a shot. One of the best tobacco purchases I've made so far.

Sutliff - Black Raspberry
If you like a mellow smoke
This stuff is incredibly smooth and sweet. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is because it's a bit too smooth imo. If your an aromatic fan this would probobly set well with you. I could taste something of a berry nature. It was pleasant and subtle, but just a little too under powered for me.

Sutliff - 706 - Tropical Sunset
Not too bad
The first thing I noticed was how mellow of a smoke this stuff was. It was zero tongue bite, so if you're a more sensitive pallet smoker, I would recommend this. The only downside I really got was the lack of fruity flavor. Of course you don't want it to be overdone like one of those convenience store "cigars." But I could only get the smallest hint of fruit from this stuff. Guess I just wanted a tad more. That being said I do have more of a gruff pallet, so take my review with a grain of salt.

Cornell & Diehl - Mocha
Okay
I really thought I would enjoy this one a lot more than I did. I could pick up the dark chocolate, a little funky to my pallet but there. However, the "espresso" I picked up was a very odd synthetic nutty taste. I dunno if it's just me but that put me off on this stuff.

Sutliff - Christmas Spice
Don't know how they do it.
Well I'm not sure how they did it on this one, but it actually reminds me of Christmas. There's a subtle layer of spice (cinnamon is what I mostly pick up) that really makes you think of the winter season. Very mellow smoke, but very pleasant and enjoyable throughout the whole day. Give it a shot

Low Country - Natural Virginia & Burley
Great for what it is
I like this tobacco for late in the evening when I'm winding down. It's a fairly strong blend, and I can pick up the virginia easily on the draw, and burley on the retrohale. I think what I like most is how well it smokes. It burns even and stays lit quite easily. and if you have to re-light for whatever reason it picks right back up where you left off. Reminds me a bit of the rolling tobacco you get at gas stations, but noticeably better.

Sutliff - 526 - Old Professor
Wonderful tobacco
The latakia really shines through most on this stuff, but if you focus a bit you can pick up the virgina too. The room tone is absolutely wonderful, I smoke this stuff in my truck all the time to sort of ghost the scent into all my upholstery. I wouldn't use it all day, but a couple times a day is just perfect for me. Only issue I had was the blend being a bit hard to keep lit, even when dried properly. May have just been my packing method, but my other blends seem to smoke somewhat easier.

Half and Half - Half and Half 1.5oz
Great for all day
I would have given it a perfect review, but I received mine just a tad too moist. Let it dry for about 15 min and it's good to go. It's my favorite tobacco for an all day smoke working outside or just relaxing inside. I'm planning on cellaring some for a while to see how it turns out, but it's a great blend to smoke right when you get it. Not a super fancy tobacco by any means, but that's what makes it so great. It's simple and easy to enjoy especially for the oldschool pipe smokers.
