Newminster - No.23 Blackberry Brandy
Too Much For Me
I found this much harsher than the the Lane Limited. This one did have a bite. I toned it down by adding it to the Lane Limited with a 2 to 1 ratio. 2 oz of Lane for every 1oz of Newberry. This toned it down considerable and actually made a good smoke. I think next time I will just try the Newberry Blackberry without the Brandy. But as I said. I do like the mix I made.

Outstanding
This tobacco is very mild. I detected little to no bite. The aroma reminded me of my great grandfather. If you are a new person to pipe smoking I would recommend this highly. Flavor was traditional not a power smoke at all. Will be buying this always.
