Cornell & Diehl - Sun Bear Black Locust 2oz
Limit Tin Quantities
Cmon Smokingpipes, why would you put a 15tin max on a limited product like this? So people have to buy it off forums and eBay next week? For those who missed it you can still snag a tin here: https://www.tobaccopipes.com/cornell-diehl-small-batch-sun-bear-black-locust-pipe-tobacco/ Note: I'm sure this will be bomb just like the last Sun Bear offerings, but most of you wont get to try it since the hoarders bought out the stock immediately thanks to SP's dumb max quantity. The pipe community is small and everyone should get to enjoy things like this. Really disappointing
Sillem's - Black 100g

This stuff is incredible. A perfect tin and room note, smooth to the end. It a perfect balance of aromatic and English, genuinely the best I’ve had that perfectly balances this act. Sign up and buy a tin when this is back in stock.
Cornell & Diehl - Pirate Kake 2oz
Latakia Dreams
The way this flakes apart - big cubes that come apart easy. I legit felt like a pirate after I opened the tin - imagined sailing the high seas pillaging a town with my trusty briar packed with this fragrant english beauty. Order this
Cornell & Diehl - Dreams of Kadath 2oz
Nothing Similar
This is not a go-to for me, but something you'd pair perfectly with a dram of brandy or port-wine. Raisins/Cinnamon/Wine and cider all create a powerful taste profile for this blend. Definitely worth a try but not for everyone.
Cornell & Diehl - Carolina Red Flake 2oz
Buzzed
I'm a lightweight with nicotine and each time I've smoked this I've gotten super buzzed. I'd recommend puffing this delicious stuff after dinner on a full stomach - I've made the mistake of having a bowl on the way home from work and arriving a touch nauseous lol. Still, it's a deliciously earthy, fresh red Virginia. Dried fruits, citrus and light haystack smell. Really a wonderful blend but dont let the nicotine slap you too hard!
Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - American Delite 50g
Truly a Delight
It's mild and relaxing. Smells delicious in the tin and while smoking. There are mentions of this comparing to 1Q which I somewhat agree with, but found this to be a bit more aromatically pleasing to the nose. It burns smoothly without bite, I really have nothing but good things to say about this blend. Pick it up while you still can.
Mac Baren - HH Old Dark Fired Plug Cut 1.75oz
Crisp Edges of Marinated Flank Steak
You know that smell of a steak cooking on a charcoal grill? Or ribs in a smoker? This is your perfect pairing. After cutting a slice and further chopping it into smaller pieces, I packed this deliciously smokey delight into a morta pipe and puffed away. A few relights but overall burns smoothly. Nice nicotine buzz but not overwhelming. Pick it up in this plug form before it’s gone.
Hearth & Home - Black House 1.75oz
First Balkan
I've had plenty of English blends and this one reminds me of a deeper spirited Presbyterian. It has a robust and smoky presence that whacks you as soon as you open the tin. It has a bit of spice, but no bite and absolutely something I'd recommend to someone looking for an English with a something unique.
Solani - Aged Burley Flake - 656 50g
First True Burley
Earthy, nutty, burnt coffee. This stuff is rich and smells amazing, a truly authentic tobacco experience.
Peterson - 3 P's Peterson's Perfect Plug 50g
Candy Bar
Chocolate lovers - try not to bite into this plug after you open the tin! Its fun to prep this tobacco in different ways. If you're new to true Burley's give this one a shot and don't be intimidated by the plug!
Samuel Gawith - Squadron Leader Special Edition with Perique 50g
4500 Tins Sold Out in a Day
Folks, there's a reason why this SE sold out after everyone begged for it to come back. Its extremely refined and pleasant - doesn't attempt to be something its not. This is a straightforward English blend. I found the 2019 issue to smoke well straight from the tin (no major drying needed) and I'm interested to see how these age. If you can still find any on the resale market, absolutely grab one.
Kramer's - Father Dempsey 50g
Staple Blend
Keep making this stuff - for an English blend under $10, I'm not sure it gets much better than Father Dempsey. Put this on your alert radar because its a peaty/smokey delight that is a perfect medley of latakia/oriental/virginia.
Dunhill - Ready Rubbed 50g
Just OK
This is the stuff you open, taste and forget. There is nothing memorable about the blend and honestly if you've already got oriental/virginia blends in your rotation dont waste your time on this.
Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation - Small Batch Aged Virginia 1.75oz
Spoiled Myself
Opening the box felt like I was committing a crime - the presentation is beautiful from the humidor box to the gold packing insert holding this mellow tobacco. I've never experienced a Virgina aged this long and now it is very clear why people cellar their Virginia. Sweet but mild, this could convert anyone into being a Virginia lover. Well done!
Cult - Blood Red Moon 50g
All Those Cherries and No Bite
Do you like cherries? Do you hate tongue bite (rhetorical)? This is the only aromatic I've encountered that provides both. HUGE smoke from this, all big flavorful pulls of cherry deliciousness...
G. L. Pease - Chelsea Morning 2oz
Great English Blend
I love everything about this blend - from the complex flavors to the way it's cut into broken flakes, its a pleasure. Then again, I rarely don't enjoy what comes from GL Pease!
Lane Limited - Wild Hare 1.75oz
Delicious, but could be Better
Ok, so the tin art likely brought you here, but honestly the tobacco is great as well. Personally I like Macanudo better than Wild Hare, but they are very comparable. I do find it to have a touch of bite when nearing the end of the bowl, but still definitely a great product.
Cornell & Diehl - Autumn Evening 2oz
Pancake Syrup
This is the stuff you bring to share with friends who don't smoke pipes, but you secretly enjoy it as well. Delicious room/tin note that truly smells like you've opened a bottle of Ms. Butterworth.
Presbyterian - Presbyterian 50g
Go-To Oriental/Latakia Blend
If you like but don't love Latakia, this is the perfect blend. It looks beautiful, smells superb and packs/burns perfectly. If you've never had it, absolutely buy a tin.
G. L. Pease - Quiet Nights 2oz
Perfect Name for this Blend
Genuinely, I first smoked this on a quiet night near a lake, and the flavors are so incredibly complex and robust I needed a second pipe. Burns perfectly, no bite, just rich robust flavors reminiscent of the scent of campfire and Islay Scotch.
Three Nuns - Three Nuns Green 1.75oz
Buzzzzed
This is the blend I go to when I really would like a nicotine buzz. Not sure if its the Perique content or what, but this blend always hits me when I go to it.
Sutliff - Molto Dolce 1.5oz
Wet Candy
I agree with the majority of the reviews here - its definitely the "stickiest" and "goopiest" tobacco I own, but when I plan to smoke it I typically leave it on a tissue for a day and let it dry out a bit, then have no issues. Packing it directly from the tin is a bad idea. It smells fantastic, like opening a box of fresh chocolate truffles, caramels. For those who enjoy aromatics, I would give this a shot.
Dan Tobacco - Buddies 100g
To Each Their Own
Frankly if I'm going to smoke with "buddies" I would not break out this stuff. It smells fine when smoked, but from the tin it kind of pierces the olfactories with a chemical orange punch. I personally do not like it very much but it's palatable.
Lane Limited - Macanudo 1.75oz
Splendid Cavendish
This is easily one of my favorite aromatics. Smooth, no usual tongue bite of many flavored tobaccos. Frankly I was hesitant buying a pipe tobacco named after a cigar I thought was cool in high school, but I promise you won’t be disappointed with this one!
Dan Tobacco - Blue Note 50g
Produce More!
I was lucky enough to pick up an old stock tin recently and it was super smooth. Big bellows of smoke that remained smooth the entire smoke. Definitely on the lighter side of aromatic when smoked and surely a scent that will equally please those around you.
Cornell & Diehl - Sun Bear 2oz
Delicious
It feels mean to write a review about a tobacco that has immediately sold out, but I wish I bought more. Mellow and the honey comes through nicely. C&D don’t let this be a one time release!
Ashton - Artisan's Blend 50g
Absolutely Love
This is a delicious full bodied blend that smells as good out of the tin as it does being puffed. Definitely an evening smoke
G. L. Pease - Penny Farthing 2oz
Not my cup of tea
Because of the shag cut it burns very hot so normal draws are not possible. I read a comment about this being similar to cigarette tobacco and I think that's a spot on description. I don't get a ton of enjoyable flavor from it. This one will sit for a while.
