Cornell & Diehl - Virginia Flake
Great smoke as is, or as a "palette cleanser"
as the title says: this is a great smoke straight up. burns even, not tongue bite but still a bit of strength to it, easy to pack and keep lit. Smokes slightly sweet but the flavor is straight tobacco so it makes for a good "palette cleanser" if you're switching from one blend to another in a short time frame.
McClelland - Craftsbury: Frog Morton's Cellar 100g
Lives up to it's reputation.
I can see why this is so popular. This blend made me realize I like latakia blends and of those that I've tried this is still my favorite.
Lane Limited - 1-Q
Good Smoke.
This is a pleasant smoke as is, and on more than one occasion I've blended it with blends I wasn't as much a fan of, just a touch can rescue an otherwise unfavorable blend.
McClelland - M-94 - Light Cherry Cordial
My Absolute Favorite Aromatic.
I love this blend. It is my absolute favorite aromatic. Above even 1Q. Smokes cool, burns even, easy to light and keep lit. Aroma is excellent as well. A must have in the rotation if you like cherry/aromatics.
Dunhill - My Mixture 965
Very Similar to FM Cellar
As the title says; this, to me, tastes and smells very similar to FM Cellar but perhaps just a bit more mellow. If you're a fan of FM Cellar as I am having this in bulk might be a good option.
