Good morning.
I cube cut the flake and gave it a light rub and oh my this is good. 30 min dry time while I pressed some coffee and this has become a good morning.

Always a gamble.
My first impression on this is that it’s wonderful. Now that it’s sold out, i have to say that these limited runs or hard to get blends are always frustrating. Either you purchase too many and it’s stuck in your collection or.. in this case you only purchase a few and wish you had more. Either way not to drone on about availability or marketing I feel like that is worth a mention. As far as the tobacco goes my take on it would be that it’s like enjoying Chinese food on a fresh cut field next to a bakery up wind from you. This time I’m glad I got just lucky enough.

Only had it aged..
I got a tin of this in 2018 and finally in 2023 opened it. I can’t speak for what it taste like “fresh” but I’ll have to find out soon. The rest of the reviews have all the colorful details so I’ll just say this is wonderful. Update: it’s worth aging. Still good but better old.

A gentle giant.
This is a bold smoke. I’m taken away by so much flavor but none of it tries to fight you. This is a full comfortable smoke. Very well done.

This is the standard.
Considering all aspects of this product this is as good as this can get. This will be the only brand of cleaner I would use.

It’s refreshing to try a tobacco like this. It’s not a traditional blend in my opinion which can add to the appreciation.

Dunhill - Elizabethan Mixture 50g
Its hard to say goodbye.
I haven’t found a replacement for this and honestly doubt I will. It’s so good. It’s a classic.

Wait for the hype!
It seems like any blend that’s “too good to be true” certainly is and will vanish before you can try it. Do yourself a favor and try this before it becomes one of those blends.

They work fine!
Choose your brand,.. none the less a quality pipe cleaner is going to do what it’s supposed to do and this does just that. It will properly serve its purpose very well!

Didnt work for me.
This didn’t really do much. I tried to use it on my green stems and they’re still green.

Perfect dash of pepper.
If you reach for the pepper shaker as your meal arrives then this tobacco is for you. Blends perfectly into any mixture to taste.

Wonderful craftsmanship. I expected a quality piece but this is so much extra. Very well made and exactly what I needed for drying or blending my tobaccos.

I’m writing this after returning to this tobacco a year later of aging. It is good. Try this, jar it and wait. See where your patience takes you.

This tobacco is so simple that it’s perfect. Try it while you can.

Very well done and proper Latakia/ Virginia. Dunhill bb 1938 is said to be discontinued so this will cover my need for a Latakia/ Virginia blend. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for an anytime smoke they can always enjoy.

My first and last.
I think this is perfect. It’s very well built and I couldn’t imagine needing much more if your on a one pipe day trip. The tobacco section of the pouch is not lined but I preffer this personally.
