A benchmark. A classic. Wonderful. Great. Full of flavour. Bad reviews for this tobacco just makes me scratch my head. This stuff is superb!

Have you ever bought boutique chocolate? It’s pricey, it comes in an amazing package, has this weird smell and is always some exotic flavour. You eat it and you’re like…”it is good, but meh, I could take it or leave it”.

Great
Great blend. Not a lat bomb. I don't like strong lat based English blends. This one is mild. Levant is much, much stronger. I love the subtlety of this blend. It's just right for me. If you want strong get Levant.

Rattray's - Exotic Passion 100g
Absolutely lovely
If you want orange tasting buy a can of Crush or better yet an actual orange. If you want orange pekoe buy this. This tobacco follows a similar aroma and taste profile. Wow is it nice. Absolutely lovely. If you enjoy a good cuppa then you will absolutely love this tobacco.

Middle of the road
Very mild. Very light cream note. Nothing special here. Not terrible, just dull.

McClelland - Special: Holiday Spirit 2016 50g
Wonderful
Top notch aromatic. Wonderful flavouring. Not overly sweet, which is good. A really enjoyable, gentle smoke with a wonderful aroma and room note.

McClelland - Craftsbury: Deep Hollow 50g
Mild
Mild virginias with light flavouring. Tin note and smoke aroma are very nice. A gentle smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Corn Cob Pipe and A Button Nose 2oz
Great flavours
A really nice mix of Christmas flavours and aromas. Not overly sweet though, which is good. It's a great choice as a winter night smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Autumn Evening 2oz
Best winter aromatic
Light maple aroma and flavouring. I'm working my way through all the different winter and seasonal aromatics and Autumn Evening is still, by far, the best of the lot.
