Nice
A nice smooth aromatic. Lights easily and burns completely. Mild flavor and smoke, no bite.

Pleasant Danish Aromatic
A very nice mild, Danish aromatic. It's smooth and flavorful with no bite. The casing nicely compliments the component tobacco without being overwhelming, a taste of caramel with just a hint of fruit.

Pleasant
A very pleasant smoke, especially in a Cob. A good quality non aromatic Cavendish. Very reminiscent of the Amphora I smoked back in the late 70's.

Nice mild smoking
Finally got around to opening a five year old tin. Great tin note, a pleasant smoke, nice flavor, a good steady smoke. It burned evenly and completely, no bite or after taste.

Peterson - Elizabethan Mixture 50g
It's back!
I'm so glad Peterson picked up the Dunhill tobaccos. I really enjoyed this, there's no noticeable difference when compared to the Dunhill. The quality Virginia with the touch of Perique is a great match. It's a well rounded, enjoyable smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Sugarplum 2oz
A really nice smoke
This is a really good aromatic from C&D. The tin note is great, smelling of plums. It's a nice blend of Virginia and black Cavendish with the Virginia dominating, it's not overly cased. Its not to sweet, very well balanced, a good all around smoke.

A&C Petersen - Escudo Navy Deluxe 50g
De Luxe
The tin note is nice, grassy and fig-like. It smokes wonderfully with a nice natural sweetness backed by a light fig like flavor. There is no tongue bite and stays lit and burns completely. I'm currently enjoying it in my new Savinelli Impero Rusticated 111 KS estate pipe from Smokingpipes, a great find.

Cornell & Diehl - Mocha
Good Blend
This is another good aromatic from C&D. I let it sit in a jar for a while as it was rather wet when it arrived. It has a good chocolate and coffee taste and room note. It smokes well from beginning to end. It is a mild smoke.

Peter Stokkebye - PS80 Norwegian Blend
A simple, good smoke
This is a nice, light blend. It's mild but flavorful, with no casing just the simple, balanced flavors of the different tobaccos come through. The sweetness of the Virginia and the nuttiness of the Burley are topped off with a touch of Oriental leaf. A pleasant smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Espresso
Nice Aromatic
It was a bit wet when it arrived, I recommend jarring for a while. It has a great tin note and the coffee taste comes though nicely, and lasts throughout the bowl. The black Cavendish and coffee blend well for a good consistent smoke.

A wonderful smoke
This is a great English blend. It's smooth, with hints of sweetness and spice and no one component tobacco overpowers the others. It burns evenly from beginning to end, and has no tongue bite.

Cornell & Diehl - Byzantium
A great English blend from C&D
This is a great english blend. It burns cool, with no bite. The lack of Virginia sets it apart, woodsy with a light sweetness from the Orientals, which stand out nicely. A good smooth smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Evergreen 2oz
Quite pleasant
It has a great tin note of hay and dried fruit. The sweetness of the Virginias pairs nicely with the Cavendish with just a touch of Perique coming through. As the title says, it's a pleasant smoke, from beginning to end.

Low Country - Guendalose 2oz
Cigar leaf stands out
This is a good strong blend. The cigar leaf definitely stands out over the other component tobacco, but doesn't overpower them. It is strong, but I didn't get the nicotine hit described by others. I will have to try other Low Country blends.

Cornell & Diehl - Atlas Balkan
Good Balkan
Tin note is pleasant and hay-like. This is a good smoke, nutty and smokey, well balanced. It smoked well throughput the bowl.

Cornell & Diehl - Exclusive
It is strong!
This is a good, strong VaPer blend. It goes great with a good cup of coffee. Considering the amount of Perique in it, it is surprisingly balanced. A good, solid occasional smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Bayou Morning
A winner from C&D
A solid Virginia Perique blend. It burns nicely, with a good, earthy aroma and flavor from the Perique, matched with the grassy sweetness of the Virginias, and no tongue bite. It's a really good smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Haunted Bookshop
Quite good
This is a really nice Burley Virginia blend. It has that nutty Burley flavor with a a little sweetness from the Virginia and just a hint of Perique to round it out. A pleasant smoke.

Cornell & Diehl - Autumn Evening
Nice
It has a very strong maple tin note, don't let this put you off. The maple flavor while smoking is not overpowering, it's balanced nicely with Virginia whose natural flavor and sweetness stand out. It's a nice occasional smoke.

Newminster - No.81 Denmark Pipe Cut
Another good tobacco from Newminster
This is a nice Virginia aromatic, with a good balanced flavor. It's fairly mild and its natural sweetness comes through nicely. It seems to smoke best in a cob.

Newminster - No.80 Norway Pipe Cut
Pleasant smoke
This is a really nice well balanced tobacco. It's a mild, pleasant smoke, with just the flavors of the tobacco, giving a cool smoke and even taste throughout the bowl.

Newminster - No.47 Danish Black
Good aromatic
A nice smoking Danish Black Cavendish. Both the fruit note and the caramel come through nicely, not to much of either. The aroma is great and it burns cool with no bite.

Cornell & Diehl - Chocolate Cavendish
Nice blend
It has a great tin note, smokes really well, no bite. It has just a hint of chocolate, quite a nice smoke.

Sutliff - Aged Maduro Cavendish
One of the best aromatics
A very good Cavendish. Not overly flavoured, nice room note, no bite. It smokes evenly throughout the bowl

Cornell & Diehl - Sweet English
Not bad
Smoked well, but not a favorite. Its not bad, it just misses the mark, I'm not sure why.

Cornell & Diehl - Snug Harbor
C&D English Aromatic
A really good blend of burleys and Orientals, nothing overpowers the other flavors, with just a touch of sweetness

Presbyterian - Presbyterian 50g
Light English
I got this as a possible replacement for Dunhill Early Morning Pipe, it's a nice stand in. Well rounded somewhat lighter English blend, smooth, earthy, smoky, with a hint of sweetness.

Mac Baren - Mixture Scottish Blend 3.5oz
Good Scottish blend
So far my favourite Scottish blend. A well balanced smoke with no harshness. It has a nice earthy flavour with a touch of sweetness.
