Mac Baren - Vanilla Cream
One of the few blends that actually taste like vanilla
I have a hard time tasting vanilla in a lot of pipe tobaccos. Usually I get a chemical taste in other blends. But Vanilla Cream is different. It has a good vanilla taste and the room note is pleasant. Just use caution as it will nip a little if pushed. This a blend that I enjoy several times a week.

Prince Albert - Prince Albert 1.5oz
It’s okay.....but....
I’m a newbie pipe smoker and this was my first blend I tried. It’s okay to learn to get the hang of packing, tamping, lighting, etc... After smoking for about a year now I prefer their Soft Vanilla blend more. Lately I have been rotating between Lane 1-Q and Velvet. I prefer those two more. Of course the Lane 1-Q is an aromatic and not in the same classification as regular Prince Albert. I really did not get much flavor from this. My guess is that’s from being an inexperienced pipe smoker. My plans are to revisit this after a few years to see if I can tell how my taste buds have changed.
