This is the first tobacco my wife has ever enjoyed smelling. Every new tin, jar or bag I bring home, I offer it up for her to take a sniff and usually she wrinkles her nose and says something about old smelly feet or rotten cheese or some other creative adjectives. Anything wife-approved is good as far as I am concerned. But it doesn't stop there with this one. This was my first deer tongue experience and it didn't disappoint. I can't quite put my finger on what it is... some have said it's vanilla flavor, like jasmin tea with milk and honey, cinnamon and spices... To me it's a little of all that. Herbaceous for sure! From the first sip to the last it is enjoyable, and will be the top 3 in my rotation for a good while.
