Cornell & Diehl - Oak Alley 8oz
very decent blend
Very smooth with no bite. Just a very nice slightly sweet and nutty full flavored.

Mac Baren - HH Acadian Perique 1.75oz
Highly recommended!
Rich, complex blend, very good tobaccos. Tanginess and spice predominate, with some nutty burley in the background.

Mac Baren - HH Old Dark Fired 1.75oz
I love it
5 Stars! Damn this stuff is good! I love burley and ODF is an excellent flake to put alongside Irish Flake and Gawith Louisiana Flake. I am amazed that a simple steam process can produce such a unique and flavorful smoke.

Solani - Silver Label - 660 100g
Solani is the best
The blend is tasty as a superb VA, but has the satisfying richness from the Burley. Very easy to pack, light and smoke.

G. L. Pease - Cumberland 8oz
I love it
The blend overall is a very earthy blend. Hint of nut and floral tastes accompanied with a pleasant tin note. Burns a little hot for my liking

Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation - 1931 Flake 1.4oz
better than MB navy flake
There's a wonderful nutty flavor, dark fruits and a bit of spice.

Cornell & Diehl - Bijou 2oz
This is a really good blend
I notice is the honey then the Red Virginias, fruity and bready with a wisp of vinegar. The best Virginia-Oriental blends for me .

Cornell & Diehl - Kajun Kake 8oz
It's just not my taste
It's not a bad blend, but it's not what I'm looking for in a Va/Per.

Cornell & Diehl - Five O'Clock Shadow 8oz
just not for me
To me this blend tasted quite bitter, of course I could sense some Virginia sweetness. but not a new fav for me

Cornell & Diehl - Sunday Picnic 8oz
I really liked the smell
The Izmir is the major player, burns cool and clean with a mostly consistent, mildly sweet, spicy, sour, and rather savory taste that translates to the lightly lingering after taste and room note.

Mac Baren - Dark Twist 3.5oz
This one just isn't for me
Less sweeter, and has a different flavor profile. The spicy, woody, earthy, mildly floral, nutty, dryly sour.

Peter Heinrichs - Dark Strong Flake 200g
I love it
tangy and dried dark fruit. It's a bit subdued by the dark fired Kentucky. A nice deep taste that was not too powerful

Solani - Aged Burley Flake - 656 50g
Solani is the best
It has cocoa taste, earth and wood, best burley for me

G. L. Pease - JackKnife Plug 8oz
The dark fired Kentucky is the star.
It's very earthy, woody, mildly nutty, floral, herbal, vegetative, dry with a light sour barbecue essence.

Mac Baren - Navy Flake 16oz
I love it
The nutty, lightly earthy, woody burley is subdued a mite at first and is more noticeable as you go along.
