Newminster's No. 702 Light Burley is sure enough just that: lots of light Burley. For those partial to this variety of leaf it may make a fine smoke on its own, while others may appreciate it as a blending (or simply blend-adjusting) component.

Read Morehave smoked Burly on its own, it's familiarity is likely because it is in blends that I have smoked (thinking Billy Budd, GH Dark Flake Unscented, PS Cube Cut).
I will not attempt to develop a taste for this on it's own; however, I will try blending this as a condiment (very small quantity) to add complexity.
Also, this was relatively mild in the nicotine: no salivating, hiccupping, puking or passing out. I could smoke a small bowl a couple of times a day without leaving mouth sores. Or smoke it all day long as a condiment to other blends. Read Less
