That said, I still can't really tell that cigar leaf was indeed added to this pipe blend; it doesn't seem to taste at all like a cigar, let alone a Cuban one. However, it makes up for that with a power punch: In a large-bowl'd Meerschaum pipe, the effect is about equal to having a radical lobotomy; albeit a very tranquil, blissfully enjoyable, lobotomy. Thus, Habana Daydream is best purchased by the 8oz. unit, since this will likely become a regular favorite; it ages extremely well. Read Less

sh towards a rich creamy smooth Va/Per, but frequently driven by the cigar leaf towards deeper savory notes of wood and espresso... topped with a subtle smokey Latakia for a sweet but robust and subtly complex smoke. The Latakia seems farther in the background in some tins and perhaps there is too much perique in others. I'm not sure how big that "spoonful" of cigar leaf is, but the cigar is upfront and "at attention". Seems like there's a good helping. No tongue bite, no matter how hardily puffed. Strong tastes melded together well enough that reminds me of a meaty stew( it does not taste like that, rather Feels so). Smokey, Earthy with deep tones is all I can say with words. Really enjoyable though.

很不同的一款英式调配，味道层次分明，起初几口，L草味道明显，过鼻清爽，中段雪茄的味道出来了，随后V草的甜味也出来了，雪茄的味道一直到最后，中段时候会有一点辣舌，但很快就适应了，室韵非常好，一斗到底，意犹未尽，很喜欢。

I wasn't sure about this upon first smoke. A few days later it is my secondary in regular rotation. Very good smoke, good nic hit, burns well and leaves no mess. The cigar leaf is tasty if you smoke slow and cool. Enjoy.

It is well balanced, has good flavor and body. Virginias and perique are well pronounced, but the latakia and the cigar leaves stay very much in the background. For those looking for a cigar taste, they will hardly find it, but it is good.

rique, yet flavorful from the Cavendish and cigar leaf.
The moisture level is perfect right out of the tin and requires no drying and therefore no relishes if packed properly. I prefer a ribbon cut over any other, so this checks all the right boxes.

R BLEND??? And good lord this is an incredible smoke. This is absolutely everything I love about tobacco in one bottomless bowl of deliciousness. It don't bite, even when you lean on it, and gives huge clouds of the thick cigar or Burley smoke that I prefer to the thinner smoke of Virginias. This is like smoking an incredibly choice, well-aged medium cigar. Coming from a background of heavy Nicaraguan smokes, this is just a straight medium, and that medium is so, so good. irritated the back of my throat. Never had that happen from other englishes before. Habana Daydream was something else. Light on the latakia. You can taste and smell the other tobaccos including the cigar leaf (maybe not as strong but still there). It is as smooth and creamy as a well made cigar. This is a nice cool and dry smoke. Light in Latakia, Perique fades in and out, and the cigar leaf builds to the end. A must try for a cigar smoker or someone looking to make the jump to Latakia without being overpowered.
