Mystery Review: July 2019
Welcome back to another episode of The Mystery Tobacco Review. After weeks of begging, the guys finally let me retake the Inquisitor's Throne and pick this month's Blend of Intrigue. About time, I'd say (especially after previous month's shenanigans).
These guys are tobacco stewards, though. They can detect Perique from a passing whiff and discern bright from red Virginia in a simple glance. So, of course, they all felt confident in their guesses right from the start. Was that confidence well founded? Or did I throw them a curve ball? Watch the full video above to find out.
What is Mystery Review?
For those of you unfamiliar with this little game, each month one member of our team selects a tobacco for us to review in a blind taste test. Then we gather around the camera, scratch our heads, and smoke, all while attempting to guess the mysterious mixture's components, origins, and name. There's only one rule: There are no rules.
