Designed to accommodate two pipes, a tamper, and lighter this is a phenomenal smaller pipe bag from Peterson. The quality of the leather is great and the compact size makes it ideal for taking pipes to the office. You can easily stick this bag in a jacket pocket or briefcase.

trap, but I could have 5 lighters & a dozen tampers under that strap with room to spare. It will not keep even the largest of lighters from free ranging all over your pipe's finish. Not only are they useless, but they're a bit in the way.
I keep my tobacco in a separate leather roll-up & the whole pouch can fit inside this case, which is convenient. Although it would fit nicer if those useless straps weren't in the way.

Fine Way to Carry Pipes

ght, the left half of the case for the accessories. I use mine for a tamping tool, spare flints, and of course a spare Zippo. No tobacco container, but I prefer to store my tobacco elsewhere anyway, in a separate pouch. (The Brebbia old-styled pouch is ideal for this, see my other review for that particular item.) The accessories strap could be a little tighter, but that's for my particular uses, and you could have others. Padding is comfortably thick, with a durable zipper. n't strain and moves quite easily without any evidence (or sensation) that the slider is hitting briar as it moves. Looking at the pictures on this site and on Peterson's home page, I was expecting three plain leather loops; the elastic bands hidden under those loops was a bit of a surprise but a pleasant one.
