Dominican tobaccos are paired to Nicaraguan leaf from Ometepe — a volcanic island in Lake Nicaragua known for its rich, fertile soil esteemed by cigar makers. Before being enveloped in a Honduran San Agustín wrapper, the filler blend is first aged in charred wooden barrels to intensify the leaves' natural flavors.
