About This Pipe

The year is 1930: The great depression is in the works, and someone dizzy with a dame, as cute as a bug's ear may have been looking for a speakeasy in the apple for some giggle juice while trying to avoid the coppers and stool pigeons in case they had to make tracks. People wanted to have a good time, lay down some cabbage and have some fun. If this patent Dunhill was in the states at the time, there is a good chance some Joe was doing just that. The condition of this piece is snazzy, though the shank has been slightly opened and an aluminum insert in the tenon is missing. These don't come by my desk often - and I'm always excited when they do.
