Curious thing about this Wolfgang Becker: despite it's conspicuously asymmetrical shaping, the bowl feels perfectly natural in either the right or left hand, whether cradled or gripped. On the aesthetic side of things, what we're presented with is a combination of Danish-like, seamlessly minimalistic smoothness, but in robust, muscular proportions. Make no mistake, this is a sizable piece of briar, however compactly situated its substance may be. Fit, polish, and finish are of the highest quality of course - it is a Wolfgang Becker after all.
