About This Pipe
The alchemistic "One Sun" label, is actually part of an intricate grading system devised by Mastro de Paja that ranges from OB to F2 (the "F" standing for "Fiammata" which translates into "blaze", or, as we in the pipe world interpret, fine "flame grain"). All and all, the One Sun ranking is very acceptable, although a bit superfluous since the entire pipe is covered in a jet black dress finish. At least, you know your neoclassically designed bent Billiard is made of a high quality briar "under the hood", so to speak.
