About This Pipe
If I was forced to pick my single favorite Castello shape, this 93 bent egg might well get the nod. The shape exudes a delightful elegance and sophistication, without any hint of the frail and delicate that the previously mentioned attributes sometimes bring with them. Though a Castello grade, the birdseye on the right of the bowl would qualify as an Occhio di Pernice. The left features a fine birdseye as well, just ever-so-slightly more diffuse. The crosscut that wraps the bowl from front to back, is downright amazing. Yes, it really is unsmoked.
