Tom Cooke Partially Rusticated Bulldog (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

While Tom Cooke might have achieved his greatest fame within the milieu of exuberant freehand, clearly the carver from Amarillo, TX can knock a conventional shape out of the ballpark with the best of them. Low slung, and presenting a beautiful front-to-back rake of line, Mr. Cooke does the unexpected by creating this marvelous attitude with a highly angular form, not the more "wind cheating" approaches that are usually a signature to the speeder-dog. Incredible.
