About This Pipe
The 408 shape, a classic Peterson shape, is something of a hybrid between the classic English bent apple and the classic English author shape, but with a wider shank than, for example, Dunhill or (in its day) Barling would have employed. This particular one is presented here in the incredibly popular Aran finish, complete with the contrast brown staining and nickel mount that typify the line.
