About This Pipe
I feel like it's been ages since I've described some pipes from my friend Tonni Nielsen. Some of my favorite pipes from Tonni are his smaller pieces like this elegantly shaped classic bent dublin. The softness of the rounded bowl and shank combination is beautiful, especially as that perfect S-curve is carried through the length of the stem to the button. The silver ring is a perfect complement to the brown stained bowl. Small and full bent, this would be a perfect work pipe for me (and I suspect for another too), being almost totally weightless in the mouth. I'm a fan of smaller pipes, for which I am occasionally mocked, but I just need something that I can hold in my mouth while typing or reading or driving. And this would be a perfect candidate for that.
