About This Pipe
This solid-sitting, simple Pot design provides a great foundation upon which Werner shows off his specialized finishing techniques. Firstly, there's the one by which he brings out the briar's ring-grain pattern with exceptional depth and definition. Secondly, and quite complementary to the first, there's the bold and vivid contrast stains he's developed - in this case a superbly dark, warm, and richly red-tinted bengal.
