Mystery Tobacco Review: October 2023
Welcome to another enthralling edition of the Mystery Tobacco Review, a monthly series where our panel of experts strives to make an accurate assessment of the blend and manufacturer they're smoking; sounds simple, right? Here's the catch: These blends are specially selected by a guest Inquisitor to mystify them. This month's Inquisitor is our own Eryn Patrick, who is assistant to the director of Smokingpipes, Shane Ireland. She's been our Inquisitor before and is determined to perplex us this time around with a tricky mystery tobacco selection. Will she achieve her goal in leaving us bewildered with her choice for October, or will we be able to circle in on its identity? Watch through to the video's riveting end for the reveal as well as a shocking surprise from Eryn ... if that really is her name.
What is The Mystery Tobacco Review?
For those unfamiliar with this little game, each month one member of our team — or sometimes an honored guest Inquisitor — selects a tobacco for us to review in a blind taste-test. Then we gather around the camera, scratch our heads, and smoke, all while attempting to guess the mysterious mixture's components, origins, and, when we're lucky, its name. There's only one rule: There are no rules.

You all did kick out Andrew after he El Niño’d you! Also, Eryn is my favorite Smokingpipes member because I know from her bio that she reads philosophy. As a professional philosopher, that gives me hope, or something akin to it, and that is hard to come by when you do what I do.Thanks for the videos.
I love my meerschaum pipes & have been eyeing the Workhorse line. I think that Shane just made my decision to buy one that much easier.
Excellent team work you guys! Entertaining and unbelievable that you nailed yet another one. You all are getting really good at this. Papamique.
