Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust's Red Meat Lovers cigar was originally released in 2019 as a collaboration with Smoke Inn and the Red Meat Lover's Club, a Florida-based organization dedicated to the celebration of its namesake cuisine. Its debut was limited to 5,000 total cigars, and, after returning in 2020 on a small scale, it was re-released in 2023 as a full-scale, regular release smoke.
A unique cigar, the Red Meat Lovers was blended specifically to pair with a good steak, a pairing that precious few cigars were expressly designed for, and which lends this blend a robust, full-bodied flavor profile. Comprising a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Mexican San Andrés Negro binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania, the Red Meat Lovers is produced at the Nicaragua American Cigars S.A.
