About
Much like when I journal/keep tasting records on things such as wine and fine whiskey, I find a myriad of benefits in scrawling impressions of fine cigars. The very act of evaluating and placing one's impressions into an indelible written form not only can become a very cool, almost meditative process, it helps one concentrate on the nuances at hand, brings those fleeting, ever changing characteristics that parade before your palate from the ephemeral to the concrete. We can readily describe our go-to smokes to others, but do we really recall what we liked or disliked about a cigar that once crossed our path six months. even one month ago? If you journal your smokes, you will. Highly recommended.
