About This Pipe
Working very much in his established aesthetic, master Tonni Nielsen beautifully manages to evoke both a sense of the organic, as well as the feeling associated with highly stylized baroque in this magnificent, unsmoked "7" grade horn. The saddle to the rim is profound in its depth, but the effect is quieted by deft rounding. The bowl decreases with delicious regularity until the flaring at the mount, and all along the journey is naught but cross cut grain and birdseye.
