About This Pipe
Tonni Nielsen is one of the finest Danish carvers around. A former carver for W.O Larsen, Tonni learned from the greats, such as Teddy Knudsen and Hans Nielsen (Former). Currently a resident of Kentucky, Tonni has continued the tradition of carving exquisite Danish high grades. Having carved pipes for over 25 years, Tonni has mastered his craft and that mastery is certainly evident in the lines of this charming brandy shape. While the sandblast is good and the dual inlays on the shank are quite impressive as well, it is the shape of this brandy that stuns and amazes -- it can be used as a prototypical example of the shape. Such mastery of the danish classics is a testament to Tonni carving prowless. If you've yet to try one of his exquisite briars here is your chance.
