About This Pipe
Every once in a while, Bill Taylor decide to make a pipe so big, that all others would cower in it's presence. While there have been a fair number of large sandblasted pieces in this size, many of them are rusticated like this. It might seem funny to say that this is comfortable in the jaw, but it's actually not so bad - given the full bend. If this was a straight billiard, however, you would be well-advised to invest in a chin strap, or pay someone to walk just in front of you holding the bowl. Many collectors hold these pieces dear, but just as many fire them up for a loooong smoke.
