About This Pipe

The Chestnut finish is right properly named, if you ask me. Chestnuts speak of deep browns and reds, warmth from the fire, and just plain sound cooler than organic boiled peanut finish. The richness of the colors remind me of those rich office interiors of yesteryear before drywall and cubicles. Since this makes me think of an office between 1930 and 1950, I can't help but want to go home and pop in my dvd of Charles Laughton's "Witness to the Prosecution". Talk about a darn good movie, and another reason why he is my favorite actor of yesteryear.
