About This Pipe

Do you like oddities? I sure do. Much like the Johnny Cash song about building an automobile one piece at a time, this Dunhill patent Tanshell is made up of two separate Dunhill pieces - that did not match - but are now together. The original stem must have broken years ago, and was replaced with another Dunhill stem (who knows what ever happened to the bowl from that one) and had the tenon turned down (rather poorly) and mated to this pipe. The fit is snug, but finish is iffy.
