About This Pipe

Have you seen this Dunhill before? Reach for your nearest copy of Rick Newcombe's book "In Search of Pipe Dreams" and thumb to page 13. The chubby character of this piece is very charming, and hand friendly. I really like older Dunhill pipes. While the company's sandblasts are easily recognized by their craggy characters (something that has changed, somewhat), the smooths glow with vibrancy. Grain begins on the front left side of the bowl, toward the bottom, and sprays across the shape with increased momentum.
