About This Pipe

This is a really beautiful finish that Dunhill doesn't do anymore. There have really been more variations on the root finish than could easily be explained. This is not only due to smoking. Root briars today are stained a very light tan color, and in the past they were a bit darker; some reddish, and this one has a contrast stain. This is easily my favorite. The grain on this bulldog really pops to life with this coloring.
