About This Pipe
2004 brought us the "Twelve Lords a-leaping", in the form of a muscular, graceful Group 5 bent Billiard, sporting both one of the series' signature silver bands, and a latticework rim collar in silver as well. The tamper is one of the most interesting of the series, depicting a dozen 18 th century lords leaping. out the windows and crenelations of a tower.
This example also happens to be number "4/500" produced, a special number to collectors where Dunhill's limited editions are concerned, given that "1/x" remains in the hands of Dunhill. I don't know where that leaves "2/x" or "3/x", but I can say that I've never seen a single one yet.
