About This Pipe

I won't say that we've had a lot of Frank Axmacher pipes recently, because we haven't, but we've only had about 6 estates of his, and all of those have been in a last month or so. Looking at the staining of this piece makes me think it was either made in, or just after visiting Tom Eltang's workshop. There is a lot of stuff going on with this pipe, and the acrylic ring inset in the shank adds a lot of flash.
